It's Penny Pingleton from Hairspray! I love her very much! ^ O ^ She's so cute with that hair and lollypop in her mouth! Y'know, these kind of pattern to do is really annoying. It's frustrating as well. It gave me a challenege and I managed to do well. Heh~ I guess n_n;; Anyway, this is going to be my last drawing of the year and of course more next year! (2008!!)
